Terms of use

These terms describe your responsibilities when using self-custody wallet software to interact with blockchain networks and decentralized applications.

Using the software

Use the wallet only where you are legally allowed to do so and in compliance with laws that apply to you.

You are in control

Unstoppable is non-custodial. It does not hold your assets, private keys, or recovery information and cannot freeze funds, reverse transactions, or recover a lost wallet.

No financial advice

Wallet information, market views, and other content are provided for general information. They are not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Blockchain and smart-contract risks

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Networks, smart contracts, swaps, and third-party services may fail, change, or contain vulnerabilities. Review every action before approval.

Lawful use

Do not use the software for fraud, scams, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful activity.

No guarantees

The software is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You accept responsibility for device security, backups, transaction decisions, and third-party interactions.
